He truly puts the customer first, every time and great at explaining the why instead of just the facts. In one incident, a vehicle hit my vehicle and the individual was uninsured. I paid my deductible for my car repairs, and Mike's Team stayed on top of the incident afterwards. Later, I was pleasantly surprised when I received my deposit back, as the case was closed and the other driver was responsible for payment."
