They take the stress away and provide us impressive options according to our plan that saves us time and money. If a situation occurs they don't run across often, they investigate to help me as a customer, as well as use the event as an educational experience for themselves to help other customers. He truly puts the customer first, every time and great at explaining the why instead of just the facts. In one incident, a vehicle hit my vehicle and the individual was uninsured. I paid my deductible for my car repairs, and Mike's Team stayed on top of the incident afterwards. Later, I was pleasantly surprised when I received my deposit back, as the case was closed and the other driver was responsible for payment."
